Lorna is an experienced organisational design and transformation specialist having worked in a range of senior director roles within the public and private sectors, delivering innovative models of service delivery and design. Lorna is an expert in whole system change, creating new operating models for organisations from a strategic vision through to new efficient, effective and sustainable services, where frontline service delivery is protected by designing services from first principles. Lorna has led on the development of our proven organisational design products, Construct™ our organisational design methodology and Adapt™ our capability modelling tool.Lorna brings a successful track record of over15 years of managing organisational change from conception through to delivery and has practical hands on experience at each stage – from strategy development, to developing target operating models, to change programme development through to practical delivery, service design and benefits realisation. Lorna lives in Penrith, she has two sons and enjoys walking.
