Construct™ provides the ‘how’ – our method and how we approach organisational design. It takes a whole system approach and can be deployed to inform a review or design exercise at any level – organisation wide, department, service, function or process level.
The purpose of this product is to provide a consistent, systematic and comprehensive approach to designing change which recognises that sustainable, transformational change is rarely achieved by changing one system in isolation of the others.
