George works across project management, quality review and audit-style assignments, helping Castlerigg keep complex work organised, evidenced and moving forward. He supports data gathering, document review, research, action tracking, lessons learned activity and the coordination needed to turn review findings into clear next steps.
His experience is developing around the disciplined parts of delivery that matter to councils: understanding requirements, checking evidence, tracking actions, supporting structured engagement and making sure outputs are clear, consistent and usable. George brings a practical project management mindset to quality and audit-type reviews, with an emphasis on good information, clear ownership and delivery that can be followed through.
