Jamie Hubner
Jamie is a senior consultant with experience across digital strategy, operating model review, service diagnostics and programme delivery. He brings structure and pace to complex assignments, helping clients make sense of current pressures, test options and move from analysis into clear decisions and delivery plans.
About
He works across the full change lifecycle, from data and document capture through to stakeholder engagement, option appraisal, governance design and implementation planning. Jamie has particular expertise in demand and capacity modelling for service reviews, helping clients understand the relationship between workload, workforce, performance and future delivery requirements. He also supports benefits management and realisation planning, making sure programmes are clear about what they are trying to achieve, how benefits will be measured, and what needs to happen for those benefits to be delivered in practice.
